Return Policy
We at Babybar.com take great pride in our product and are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our product you may return it for full refund of the cost of the bars. We do not refund shipping and handling. We do not offer refunds on Wrappers only. We do not offer refunds on rush orders.
To receive a refund, ALL the bars and the scrap book sample, must be returned in good condition (not broken, melted or tampered with)
All returned packages will have a $15 (or 15% of the total cost of the package which ever is greater) cancellation fee and must have an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). When you call for an RMA # we will recommend a shipping method that will best protect the candy bars. Damage to the product for failure to follow RMA shipping instructions will result in loss of your refund.
Rush Orders
A "rush order" is any special order (not HEREHEIS - HH1 or HERESHEIS - HH2) that must be shipped in less that two business days. We do not charge extra for rush orders. We do not offer refunds on rush orders. We are not responsible for delayed or late shipping on rush orders.
Refusing An Order
If you refuse your package from Fed Ex they charge us for the return shipping. The cost of that shipping will be charged against any refund that might be due on your package. If it is a rush order and you refuse the package you will be charged the return shipping in addition to the total cost of your order.
Error Policy
Every order is read back letter by letter, number by number. If there is an error on the labels we will replace the labels only. If it is our error, we will pay the shipping. If it is your error you will be required to pay the shipping. If the error is a blatant on our part we will give you a $10.00 credit (or 10% of the bar cost which ever is greater) for your time to put the new wrappers on the bars.
Cancellation Policy
If you call and make an order (or place an order over the internet) it is charged and printed within a minute of your hanging up. If you call back and cancel your order before it is shipped there will be a $15.00 (or 15% of the total cost of the package which ever is greater) cancellation fee. If your package has already been shipped you will fall under the above return policy.
Order Proofing
We make every effort to assure all orders are shipped on time to meet your deadline. We will e-mail a proof and attempt to call you to OK the proof well before your event. In the event that we cannot contact you we will ship without a proof if we have to meet your deadline. All un-proofed shipped orders fall under the return policy above.
