Q: How do you ship the bars?
A: We ship FedEx 2nd day or Overnight. Our bars are shipped in heat-resistant bags with two frozen gel packs for the summer months and are guaranteed for up to two days.Top
Q: What if I don’t have a credit card?
A: We accept money orders through the mail. You can call and place your order before hand and when we receive the money order, we will ship the bars out the same day. Be sure to include a phone number you can be reached at in case we have any questions regarding your order.Top
Q: How long does it take to process an order?
A1: For our standard HEREHEISTM/HERESHEISTM bars. As soon as your order is placed and payment is made, we can usually ship orders out on the same day. If the order is made after 5:00pm cst., there is a chance that your order will not be shipped out till the next business day.
A2: For Special Order Bars or Time/Date sensitive orders. Please try to give us at least a week advance notice on the order. We can often times do specials orders more quickly. So please call and ask about production times. You may have to pay for overnight shipping. Any time/date sensitive HERESHIS or HEREHEIS orders that have shipping delays fall under the regular return policy.Top
Q: Do you accept C.O.D.’s?
A: No. We do accept Western Union. Call for more information.Top
Q: Can I have my order shipped to my P.O. Box?
A: No. UPS and FedEx require a signature for these packages, so we need a physical address. We do recommend that you put a note in a highly visible place telling the delivery driver that they can leave the package, just in case you are unable to answer your door or don’t happen to be home. Please remember though, that the bars could melt if not seen to immediately.Top
Q: What is the minimum number of bars I can order?
A: We require that you order at least 24 bars for the HEREHEIS & HERESHEIS and 24 for the special occasion bars. You can order as many as you like over 24, we recommend that you order more than you think you’ll need as the bars go quickly once you start to hand them out to friends and family.Top
Q: How much is the cost of shipping?
A: Shipping prices vary from state-to-state and depends upon the weight of the package. If you would like to know the cost of shipping, call our toll free number and our operators will be happy to assist you.Top
Q: When will my order ship?
A: 99% of orders received by 5:00pm Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday will ship that same day. On Thursday during summer months FedEx 2nd Day packages are often held till Monday and shipped Monday for a Wednesday delivery. (we cannot have the package sit on the FedEx truck over the weekend) FedEx Next Day packages in by 5:00pm cst. on Thursday will ship on Thursday for a Friday delivery. Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will ship Monday for a Tuesday delivery for FedEx Next Day Air and a Wednesday delivery for FedEx 2nd Day Air. For many areas orders placed on Friday can be shipped FedEx Overnight to be delivered on Saturday. Please call if are choosing this option because it can be very expensive.
